Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Not customized or personalized items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
